Process for setting up Tournament Rosters:

 

1.       Once the signups have been completed, the Tournament Chair turns over signups to Database Administrator (DBA) and Documentation Chair.

2.       DBA pulls position numbers for players who have a current position.

3.       Completed list with names, position numbers*, email addresses, phone numbers, waiver status, and paid status is returned to Tournament Chair to put together the roster based on the type of tournament that is scheduled.

 

*DBA, Documentation Chair, and the Senior Manager, as well as any other player that has knowledge of an unranked player’s skill level, may be consulted to place any players without position numbers.
